Amanda Le Roy

Amanda is an early career Psychologist with an interest in mood disorders. Prior to obtaining her full registration as a Psychologist, she worked within the training and education sector for many years.

Amanda has experience providing psychological support to inpatient and outpatient groups within a private hospital setting including co-facilitating group programs, such as the Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (RODBT), for people seeking to improve their mood and increase their ability to tolerate distress.

In addition to RODBT, Amanda is also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills.

Amanda provides psychological treatment & support for individuals aged 18 and older at our Kingswood practice during business hours Thursdays and Fridays.
