Nila is a warm, and compassionate therapist who has worked within the mental health field since 2018. She qualified as a Social Worker in 2022, then completed another 2 years of intensive post graduate training to become a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker.

Nila is passionate about helping individuals and families improve their lives and interpersonal relationships using evidence based treatment approaches including:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Motivational Interviewing

Her areas of interest include:

She is available to see individuals (aged 18 and over) and families at our Kingswood practice. She is registered to provide services under the Medicare Better Outcomes Scheme, and via Work Cover.
